Anatol Vasilyevich Baranouski
1937 – Born on May 9 in Minsk (Belarus). 1953-58 – studied in Minsk Art School. 1965 – graduated from Belarusian State University of Arts and Theater (currently Belarusian Art Academy, Minsk).
His works can be found in private collections around the world as well as in the National Art Museum in Belarus, Museum of Contemporary Art in Belarus, “Tradition” art gallery in Svetlagorsk (Belarus), the Art gallery of Sazopol (Bulgaria), Museum of Contemporary Art in Beijing (China), National Library of Belarus, the art collection of National bank of Belarus.
1965 – The artist began to participate in local and international exhibitions.
1966 – Worked as a teacher of painting in Belarusian State University of Arts and Theater.
1973 – A member of the Artist’s Union in Belarus.
1992 – A recognized master of arts of Belarus.
1996 – The winner of the State award in Belarus.
1997 – Professor.
2003 – The winner of the Presidential award in Belarus.
1965-2005 – Participates in exhibitions in Minsk, Belarus.
