Uladzimir Novak was born on May 20, 1939 in Krychau, Magileu region. In 1961 he entered Minsk Theater and Art Institute, graduated from it in 1967 on  speciality an artist of monumental and decorative (ornamental) painting…

In 1975 he was accepted into the Union of Artist of Belarus. He takes part in international art exhibitions as an artist. He created stained-glass windows for the University of Physical Culture in Minsk and sgraffito-ends in a high school in Chyzhouka, Minsk, a mosaic for the industrial technical (secondary) school in Pinsk and many other monumental works... As a painter he is original in composition, considerable place in his works is given to the theme of sport, landscape, Russian cheap popular print. He had a number of personal exhibitions in Europe, Austria, Germany, Bulgaria and other countires.. The works can be found in State Museums of Belarus, Russia, Austria and in private collections in different countires of the world.
