Vladimir Novak was born on May, 20th, 1939 in the city of Krichev, Mogilev. His creativity differs with the plastic expressiveness and original composition. Personal exhibitions of the artist were opened in the Europe: in Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and other countries. In America his exhibition is going to be opened for the first time.

For the opening of the exhibition came dozens of Belarusians living in New York, there were many American guests too. About a hundred of people visited the exhibition the first day. Unfortunately the artist himself could not be there. Zianon Pazniak, Anatol’ Kolbun, Mikola Sahanovitch gave speeches. A musician from Armenia Arasia Pastatian played flute and piano.

It seems, there was no one, who was not touched by the works of Novak. His pictures are small, but carrying a charge of energy and good mood. Every his work has its own character, internal emotional underlying theme, sincerity, creative inspiration. Each picture is built diligently and clever. All his painting are very lively, picturesque and colourful. pictorial structure of this works is full of color symbols, which are subdued to the whole conception. They are carrying also musical and folklore beginnings and restraint.

The exhibition is going on till November 19th. We invite you to come and see these wonderful works of art!
